Journalist and poet. She organized the programs in the Romani language of the Sarajevo Radio and Television. Fleeing the Balkan Wars she moved to Toronto, Canada, where she was the chief editor of the first Canadian Romani magazine, Romano Lil, from 1998 to 2001.

The Rromani Women's Gala was a voluntary based feminist initiative, started by four Rromani and non-Rromani women in 2011 in Romania.
